Combination/Hybrid Resume Sample
A sample combination/hybrid resume
The following is an example of a combination/hybrid resume. It is intended to give the reader an idea of the format that might be used for such a resume. While the preferred resume format is the chronological resume, there may be times when your background, job history, education and other factors don't work well with a standard chronological resume. For example, if you have modest work experience, but lots of applicable education, or are changing career paths, a combination resume may work better for you.
There are no hard and fast rules about format. The important thing is to emphasize your value to the organization, whether it is in the area of skills, work history, or both. You can copy the text between the lines below and paste it into your favorite word processor as a starting point and then modify it to meet your particular needs.
